Return & Damage Policy
Iowa Egg Cartons
No Returns
Due to sanitation regulations, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns on any egg cartons, flats, trays, or related packaging products once they have been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand behind every order. If you receive product that is damaged in transit or if there is a shortage or discrepancy with your order, we will work with you to make it right. We offer two resolution options:
1. Replacement Product We will ship replacement product to cover the shortage or replace damaged items at no additional charge.
2. Order Discount We can apply a discount or credit to your order to account for the affected product.
How to Report an Issue
To resolve a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your shipment with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue (shortage, damage, etc.)
- Photos showing the damage or discrepancy

Proof of Damage
Photo documentation of damaged product is required before a replacement shipment or discount can be issued. This helps us work with our shipping partners and ensure we continue to improve our packaging and fulfillment process.
