Every carton carries a flat per unit price, printed on the listing, the same whether you take a half pallet or a full one. Freight is a separate line. At checkout we pull a live LTL rate from the carrier to your zip and pass it through at what the truck costs us. No handling fee, no percentage on top, nothing folded into the carton.

Most suppliers do the opposite. They average last year's freight bills across every order, add a cushion so the long hauls never bite them, and bury the whole thing in the sticker price. Then they call shipping free. If you sit a day's drive from their warehouse, you are covering part of somebody else's freight. Keeping the two numbers apart means you can add them up yourself and compare the total against anyone. That total is the number that hits your books.
